Regularly trimming your wick to 5mm and allowing the wax to form a full melt-pool will help give you the best possible burn performance from your candle and avoid tunnelling. Allow the candle to burn for up to 4 hours at a time, extinguishing carefully and trimming the wick for the next burn.
